1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and PKR 98 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operating at pkr98.wine. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of PKR 98, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
PKR 98 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions on PKR 98 are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all products and services available on pkr98.wine, including but not limited to Live Casino, Card Games, Sports Betting, Virtual Sports, Aviator, and Roulette.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any PKR 98 service. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are updated from time to time.
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a particular game, promotion, or product, the specific rules of that product shall take precedence for matters directly related to that product. For all other matters, these general Terms apply.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To register and use PKR 98, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using PKR 98.
- You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
- You must not already hold a PKR 98 account that has been closed, suspended, or excluded by the platform for any reason.
- You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be listed on any sanctions list or be a politically exposed person whose use of PKR 98 would constitute a compliance risk.
PKR 98 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when we have reason to believe account information is inaccurate. Verification documents may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
PKR 98 operates a strict one account per player policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same household — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held in them.
3. Account Rules
3.1 Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR 98 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR 98 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately at support@pkr98.wine.
3.2 Account Information Accuracy
All information you provide when registering a PKR 98 account must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Currency
All PKR 98 accounts are denominated in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on the platform. Your displayed balance, all deposits, all bets, and all withdrawals are in PKR.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money activity for a continuous period of 12 months. PKR 98 may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive account balances after the dormancy period, as notified to the player's registered contact details before any fee is applied. Players can reactivate accounts at any time by logging in.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
PKR 98 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your PKR 98 account balance in real time for most payment methods. PKR 98 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — including a family member — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit, and that are registered in the account holder's own name. PKR 98 processes withdrawal requests promptly — mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically complete within ten minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers follow standard banking processing times of one to three business days.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard requirement and is not applied arbitrarily. PKR 98 will contact you through your registered email or phone number to request required documentation.
4.3 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions
Funds awarded as part of a bonus or promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, and eligible games for each offer are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited by you are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
PKR 98 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms attached to each promotion. By claiming any bonus on PKR 98, you agree to the applicable terms.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures — including through coordinated play across accounts, arbitrage strategies, or bot-assisted betting — is prohibited and will result in account action.
- PKR 98 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, without prior notice, where the offer is found to be technically incorrect, subject to abuse, or where market conditions require adjustment.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash.
- Where a wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawal, the requirement figure is applied to the bonus amount only unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Maximum bet size during active bonus wagering may be restricted — the specific limit for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets above the stated maximum during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus being voided.
PKR 98 performs automated and manual reviews of betting patterns during bonus periods. Players identified as using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds at minimal risk — rather than for genuine recreational play — may have their bonus withdrawn and winnings adjusted.
6. Sports Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets on PKR 98 sports markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled once confirmed, unless the Cash Out feature is available and the player chooses to use it before settlement. PKR 98 reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit stake amounts at its discretion, including on specific markets, for specific players, or within specific time windows before an event.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
The minimum single bet stake on PKR 98 sports markets is Rs 50 for most market types. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and league and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. These limits may be reduced for individual players based on betting patterns at PKR 98's discretion.
6.3 Voids and Postponements
If a sports event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the defined completion criteria are met, single bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, the voided selection is typically removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs at reduced combined odds. Specific rules for each sport may vary — cricket, football, and virtual sports each have their own completion criteria detailed in the relevant sport rules section of PKR 98.
6.4 Live Betting
In-play (live) betting is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting except where noted. Live odds are updated continuously and bets are accepted at the odds prevailing when the bet request is confirmed, not at the odds when the bet slip was opened. Connectivity issues on the player's side during live betting do not constitute grounds for dispute or void requests.
7. Casino & Game Rules
All casino games on PKR 98 — including Live Casino, Card Games, Roulette, Aviator, and Virtual Sports — operate under rules specific to each game type. These game-specific rules are accessible within each game and in the game information sections of the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules alongside these general Terms.
7.1 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, game freeze, or display error — PKR 98's server-side records are the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have affected the fairness of an outcome, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. PKR 98 is not liable for any financial loss arising from technical issues outside its direct control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.
7.2 RNG Certification
All random number generator (RNG) based games on PKR 98 use certified RNG systems. The outcome of every spin, hand, or draw is determined independently and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or by the player. Return to player (RTP) percentages for all RNG games are displayed in the game information panel.
7.3 Live Casino
Live Casino games on PKR 98 are hosted by professional dealer studios using real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and tables — streamed in high definition. The rules governing each Live Casino game follow standard international casino rules for that game variant, as displayed before you join a table. PKR 98 is not responsible for decisions made at the discretion of the live dealer within the rules of the game.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR 98 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on PKR 98, whether under your own name or under any alias.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate any part of the PKR 98 platform.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to sporting events on which bets are placed on PKR 98.
- Using PKR 98 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity to access PKR 98.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly Live Casino card games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches to generate profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be void.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing PKR 98 staff or other players through any communication channel.
PKR 98 reserves the right to withhold payment from any account pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. Investigations will be concluded within a reasonable timeframe. Players under investigation retain the right to contact the support team to understand the status of their case.
9. Responsible Gaming
PKR 98 is committed to responsible gaming and recognises that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from PKR 98 for a defined period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks without permanent account closure.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from PKR 98. Self-exclusion activates immediately, is non-reversible for a minimum of 6 months, and cannot be lifted by customer support during that period.
PKR 98 strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Where a player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed, all bets voided, and deposits returned (excluding any winnings generated).

10. Intellectual Property
All content on pkr98.wine — including but not limited to the PKR 98 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of PKR 98 or its licensed third-party game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use PKR 98 intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal use of the platform as a registered player.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any PKR 98 content for any purpose without the express written permission of PKR 98. Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from pkr98.wine is prohibited.
11. Liability & Dispute Resolution
11.1 Limitation of Liability
PKR 98 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR 98 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions in relation to the platform. PKR 98 is not liable for any financial loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or other consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except where such loss arises directly from PKR 98's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute relating to a bet settlement, game outcome, bonus award, or any other PKR 98 matter, you should first contact our support team at support@pkr98.wine, providing as much detail as possible including your account ID, the relevant transaction or bet reference, and the nature of your dispute. PKR 98 will acknowledge all disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
Disputes must be raised within 90 days of the relevant event or transaction. PKR 98 cannot investigate disputes relating to matters that occurred more than 90 days prior to the complaint being lodged, except in cases of documented technical malfunction.
11.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to independent arbitration by a mutually agreed arbitration service. The outcome of such arbitration shall be binding on both parties.
12. Amendments & Account Closure
12.1 Amendments to These Terms
PKR 98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of PKR 98 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
12.2 Account Closure by the Player
You may close your PKR 98 account at any time by contacting support@pkr98.wine. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.3 Account Closure by PKR 98
PKR 98 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent or prohibited conduct is suspected, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In the case of closure due to a breach, PKR 98 may withhold account funds pending investigation and may exercise its right of set-off against any amounts owed by the player to PKR 98.
