You must be at least 18 years old to open a PKR 98 account. Age is confirmed at registration and verified again when you submit your first withdrawal. If PKR 98 has reason to believe an account holder is underage, the account is immediately suspended. No. PKR 98 operates a strict one account per player policy. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household are a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All associated accounts will be closed if duplicates are detected. Welcome bonuses are awarded once per player — there is no benefit to holding multiple accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, PKR 98 may ask for identity verification (KYC). This typically means a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (front and back) or a valid passport. In some cases, proof of your payment method may also be requested. Having your CNIC to hand when you register speeds up this process later. All documents are handled securely and in line with our Privacy Policy.

To permanently close your PKR 98 account, email support@pkr98.wine from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is closed. If your reason for closing is related to problem gambling, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead, which activates immediately and provides stronger protections.

PKR 98 accepts the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your PKR 98 account within seconds of confirmation.

Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are normally credited within 30–60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 2 hours. Card payments are usually instant but may occasionally take a few minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe, check your PKR 98 transaction history first. If the deposit shows as pending there, it is in processing. If it doesn't appear at all, email support@pkr98.wine with your deposit confirmation screenshot, amount in PKR, and time of transaction.

PKR 98 does not charge any fees on deposits. All funds transferred to your PKR 98 account are credited in full in Pakistani rupees. Note that your mobile wallet or bank may charge their own transaction fees for outbound transfers — this is outside PKR 98's control. All PKR 98 transactions are denominated in PKR; there is no currency conversion or exchange rate applied.

Yes — and PKR 98 strongly recommends doing this before your first deposit. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate — a deliberate design choice to prevent impulsive decisions. No. PKR 98 does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — the name on the payment method must match the name on your PKR 98 account. Deposits from third-party wallets or accounts will be flagged, reversed, and may result in account review. This policy protects players from fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawals 5

Withdrawal processing times on PKR 98 depend on your chosen method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 10 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 2–5 business days. The approval review itself usually completes within a few hours, though during peak periods it may take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal from a PKR 98 account is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal per transaction set by PKR 98, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification to be completed before the funds are released. PKR 98 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge a receiving fee on their end.

Withdrawals can be held or declined for several reasons: pending KYC verification (your CNIC documents haven't been submitted or approved yet), active wagering requirements on bonus funds, a mismatch between payment method name and account name, or a security flag on your account. When a withdrawal is held, you will receive an email from PKR 98 explaining the reason. Resolve the issue flagged in the email and the withdrawal will be processed. No. PKR 98 only processes withdrawals to payment methods registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a family member's Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account. The name on the receiving account must match your PKR 98 account name exactly. This rule protects players and is required to prevent fraud. PKR 98 processes withdrawals in the full amount of your account balance without deducting platform-side taxes. Any personal tax obligations arising from gambling winnings in Pakistan are your own responsibility as the account holder. Wagering requirements (also called rollover) mean you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the funds become withdrawable. For example, if you receive Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 20,000 in bets before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash. Your PKR 98 account dashboard shows your current wagering progress for any active bonuses. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — casino slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate. PKR 98 bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, depending on the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this window, the bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Aviator is a crash-style game on PKR 98. At the start of each round, a plane takes off and a multiplier starts climbing from 1.00x. You place your bet before take-off and then decide when to cash out — the higher the multiplier climbs, the more you win. But if you don't cash out before the plane "flies away" (crashes), you lose your stake. You can place up to two bets per round simultaneously and cash them out at different multipliers. The crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm — it cannot be predicted or manipulated.

PKR 98 is transparent about game odds. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for all casino games — these typically range from 95% to 98% depending on the game. If your internet connection drops mid-round on a Live Casino table, your bet is still active and will be settled based on the outcome of that round. PKR 98 displays odds in decimal format by default — this is the most straightforward format for calculating returns. To calculate your potential return, simply multiply your stake (in PKR) by the decimal odds. For example: Rs 1,000 bet at 2.50 odds = Rs 2,500 total return (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 original stake). If a match is officially cancelled, postponed before it starts, or abandoned before the minimum period of play required by the sport's governing body, PKR 98 will void all affected bets and return stakes to your account. For cricket, this is typically 20 overs per side in ODIs and all 5 days for Tests. For football, the match must be completed to the 90th minute for single bets. Self-exclusion on PKR 98 activates immediately and is non-reversible for a minimum of 6 months. To activate it: log in → Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion → Confirm. Yes. PKR 98 offers a cool-off period tool — you can take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks without closing your account permanently. During the cool-off, your account is locked: you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. The cool-off period cannot be shortened once activated, but your account returns to full access automatically when the period ends. First, check your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. If the connection is fine, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then reload pkr98.wine. If you're on a slow connection, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. PKR 98 works best on up-to-date versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Samsung Internet on Android, and Safari or Chrome on iOS. If the site still doesn't load after these steps, the issue may be temporary maintenance — check your email for any PKR 98 service notifications, or contact support@pkr98.wine.

Act immediately. If you can still log in, change your password right away from Account Settings → Security. Then enable 2FA if it isn't already active. Email support@pkr98.wine immediately with the subject "Suspicious Account Activity" — include the date and details of any unauthorised activity you've noticed. The PKR 98 security team will review your account activity logs and can temporarily freeze the account to prevent further unauthorised access while the investigation is underway.

If a game experiences a technical fault on PKR 98's end mid-round, the round is voided and your stake is returned automatically within a few minutes. If you don't see the refund within 10 minutes, check your transaction history. If it still doesn't appear, email support@pkr98.wine with the game name, approximate time of the incident, and the amount of your stake. PKR 98 keeps server-side logs of all game rounds and can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
